Please read these Terms of Service completely using LSPropertyManagement.net which is owned and operated by LS Property Management. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at LSPropertyManagement.net.
By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of LS Property Management and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
LS Property Management reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Changes to This Agreement
LS Property Management reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site for 30 days. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the LS Property Management site.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA")
LS Property Management respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. Per the DMCA, LS Property Management will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, LS Property Management will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by LS Property Management or by a third party who has uploaded materials to the Site, please provide the following information to LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT’s designated Copyright Agent listed below:
a. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
b. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
c. An address, telephone number, and e-mail address where LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT can contact you and, if different, an e-mail address where the alleged infringing party, if not LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, can contact you;
d. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;
e. A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
f. Your electronic or physical signature.
LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT removes the allegedly infringing materials, LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT removed or disabled access to the materials. LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT may also provide the responsible person with your e-mail address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT reserves the right to terminate, limit or suspend any user's access to the Site in the event of repeated infringing activity. If you believe that a user of this Site is a repeat infringer, please follow the above instructions to contact LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT's Copyright Agent. Please include sufficient information to assist LS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT in determining that the user repeatedly engaged in infringing activity.
